  1. Chicks’ Graduation

As english-debate coach (or as what one of my kid, Lizialay, like to say, kowch) in one of (favorite) high-school in Bandung, I’m kinda sad—no I mean kinda touched—no, not touched too—ah what the hell, I’m kinda happy that most of senior chicks are getting into their dream-universities.

I’m not having these feelings because I’m somewhat their teacher (my God, I must be the worst teacher ever: in one of debate-trip, I brought Stitch-bag while my students brought normal-black bag. Yes, I’m still a child inside) but because I’ve been there. And I know how happy they feel when their name appeared on university website or when they see it hanging on the wall. Heck I still remember how I jump (and dance) like crazy when my name appeared on my university web.

So, let’s give them toast *clink* and wish them good luck. It’s the end of an era: there will be a lot of goodbyes, but new student batch is coming soon.

    High-school never end!

Cheers to Acel, Lisia, JB, Etep, Yani, Riri — university-student-soon-to-be!

    xoxo
